Description
58 y.o. female w/ prior history of breast augmentation 20 years prior with saline implants. Over the years her breast began to sag. She developed Class III capsule contractures. She desired to remove her implants and lift her breasts. -Procedure: Bilateral breast lift w/removal of implants and capsulectomies
